Heh heh.
What a flip-out that was.
But all is well now. I called The Omni Bayfront and after a lot of option-exploring, we finally finagled a way to arrive Thursday night like I wanted, in a regular room facing the Lexington, and then we'll do Michael's big surprise-o-rama honeymoon suite package (that I accidentally ruined for myself :-E heh heh woops).
So it all came down to just me tacking on an extra night in a regular room.
Whewwww, what a roller coaster I take me on.
Good thing I didn't tell Michael about it, in my usual play-by-play gory detail way.
He's working, and is none the wiser that all this hand-wringing went on today.
I just emailed him a minute ago to tell him, "Surprise! Because you work so hard, I booked us an extra night! We'll drive down Thursday after work!"
Ain't I just the greatest...
